Do not hesitate!
As a college professor who teaches Career Development and Success Training, I cannot recommend Browning Associates highly enough. Here’s why. When a new President took over at the University where my husband was a longtime executive, and I was a professor, we were shocked to find we had both lost our jobs.
Because of my experience in career education I realized what we needed was top notch executive level help in marketing ourselves. We were grieving from having invested everything then being let go. We were in too much pain and too close to fire to be objective and strategic. We needed to be coached!
I contacted John Seraichyk Founder/President the CEO of Browning. His response was immediate, compassionate and positive. He got our pain and frustration and explained why there was a reason to hope and had the evidence and experience to back up his words. He quickly connected us to our own personal support team including our executive career coach Bob Jones and two other excellent marketing executives. They created a compelling resume and executive summary. He provided a networking expert as well. It was as though a higher power had taken our hands in his and said, I am going to walk you through this most difficult time in your life, and you’re going to make it out successfully.
The team worked tirelessly to help us find not just any job but the perfect fit. They worked with us to develop a strategy and remarket ourselves to get past the electronic sensors and gatekeepers when applying online and when using LinkedIn. We could understand how to create a profile that recruiters could easily find. The executive summary and resume they created for my husband, a marketing executive garnered so much attention. Everyone on our team worked hard helping us create possibilities to reinvasion what we could do and how we could do it. They were relentless in their consistent support and positivity. They gave us a plan and showed us how to work that plan, and that plan was effective.
The brightest star for us was developing a relationship with Bob Jones, our personal coach. He is called the “chaplain” and for good reason. His heart and character were so patient and kind, his expertise was vast. We were being led through this minefield of job searching protected by this angel of a human being. He stood for us. prayed for us, listened to us and empowered us. He would not let us fail. When we found the employment situation that was right, he continued to guide us through the legal and contractual process to ensure we were able to get the financial support we needed.
What could have been the most horrific experience of our working lives turned into an experience of hope and joy, transformation and success? Through this experience, I learned so much I will bring into my classroom to teach my students about to be successful in their career search.

Dear Melissa and team,
I have very good news! I received two offers one for my choice of location in Minneapolis or Vanc
ouver as a trust manager with US Bank. The second is for VP of legal affairs and trusted ministration located in Delaware. The position in Delaware was more lucrative and I enjoyed the female leader ship in the company so I am joining the Delaware position. I want to explain to you that similar to the concept that all companies, regardless of location, locate themselves in Delaware, trusts and very large trusts want situs in Delaware due to the favorable tax and legal laws. This is a $10 billion trust company. As such, it is a perfect place for me to sharpen my saw regarding all of the fun complex things you can do with the trust in a state like Delaware (which don’t exist in other states because these complex structures are state law. For instants Minnesota does not allow decanting and silent trusts.
I want to let you know that each of you were integral in this process. The weekly meetings with you, your coaching; the interview coach gentlemen; the initial Recruiter Rob who talked to me several times over a 1 year period before I signed up; the online presence LinkedIn professional; The owner of your company; and EVERYONE else on your team including Denise regarding my list, you guys have all helped make it happen. It takes a team!
One last thing, you need to know is that this is a 200 K position (exactly 200 K, no more or no less but 200 K nonetheless) so your ads which claim that you assist people with getting 200 K positions are accurate!

After six months of “close, but no offers” on a number of positions, I hired 
Browning and Associates (https://executivejobsearch.net) to assist me in my job search. It was very worthwhile and I had two offers within 90 days of working with them. Let me start off by saying that if you simply want to find your 
next Job – Browning is probably not the best choice for you.
John has assembled an outstanding team of professionals and a process that will enable you to identify what your next move is and how to go about it.
The process certainly takes more time than simply crafting an excellent resume (and they did that too). Like everything in life – you will get out of it what you put into it. If you do the homework, they ask of you. Work hard with your coach, and make the calls, you will grow personally and build lifetime skills.
